I am here to provide you with comprehensive naturopathic medical care that will help you obtain your greatest health potential. I can help you with most of your health care needs including acute and chronic conditions as well as prevention of disease. Do not hesitate to utilize my services for any and all health concerns you may have as I am trained as a Primary Care Health Practitioner and licensed as a Naturopathic Physician through the state of Oregon. Wisconsin does not currently have licensing laws for Naturopathic Physicians. Therefore, insurance will not cover naturopathic health care services or products.

Payment Information: Full payment in the form of cash, check or credit card is due at the time of service. You will receive a receipt for your visit. If you contribute to a Health Savings Account, you might be able to use those dollars for my services and products. Use your receipt to submit for this purpose.

Missed Appointments: A 24-hour cancellation policy is necessary so that I may have the opportunity to accommodate other patients. Failure to cancel office visits or phone consults within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge for the missed appointment.

Phone Calls: As a courtesy, I am happy to answer questions over the telephone at any time that I am available. However, telephone calls that extend more than 5 minutes will be billed at a rate based on time spent.

Medicinary/Product Refills: When you wish to refill your medicinary items, please call at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability of your product and minimize your waiting time. It is best to refill products a week before running out in case any items need to be specially ordered.

Shipping Products: We are happy to ship products to you. You will be charged shipping and handling for this service.

A Note on Quality Supplements: I invest a great deal of my time researching the supplements that I use. The majority of the products I carry are “Physician-Only” lines. I carry these based on the exceptional quality and research that goes into each product to guarantee that my patients are getting the best medicine available. Given the quality, the prices are sometimes higher than some other product on the market. I believe this added cost is worth it as I have observed better clinical results with these products. I do offer quantity discounts for established patients.
